SpaceEnlightenment – Returns Policy
Inspecting Your Order Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any issues must be reported within the timeframes below.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing or Incorrect Items Contact us within 3 business days of delivery (no later than 7 calendar days) with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
Non-Delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us within 21 days of dispatch.
Manufacturing Faults Report within 5 business days of discovery and within 6 months of delivery. This excludes misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Remedies We may offer a replacement, refund to your original payment method, or store credit. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or undelivered.
Hygiene & Personal Care Products For health and safety reasons, cosmetics, personal care, and opened sealed hygiene products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Items Ordered in Error We don't accept returns for unwanted items unless reported within 7 calendar days, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
